How to Crochet a Trophy| Father's Day Gift Ideas | Free Pattern (奖杯 / トロフィー / 트로피)

Hello dear, Father's Day is nearly here. I create this to gift my dad and want to share it with you guys.

Time cost: 1 hours

MATERIAL

Yarn: Depend on your choice, I used 2.5mm chenile yarn

Hook: Size 2mm

Stuffing

Needle for sewing, embroider, scissors, markers

Abbreviations (US Crochet Terms):

• R – round
• ch – chain
• sc – single crochet
• hdc – half double crochet
• dc – double crochet
• tr - treble crochet/ triple crochet stitches 
• st / sts – stitch / stitches
• inc – increase (crochet 2 stitches in one stitch)
• dec – decrease (crochet 2 stitches together)
• sl st – slip stitch
• BLO – back loops only
• rep – repeat
• (…) – number of stitches of each round/row
• {…} – work the stitches all into the same stitch

LET'S START !

Body:

R1: 8sc in magic ring, sl st (8)

R2: {ch1, sc in that same stitch}, inc 7, sl st in the back loop of 1st chain (16)

R3: ch 1, sc 15 BLO, sl st normally into the 1st chain (16)

R4: ch 1, sc 15, sl st in the back loop of 1st chain (16)

R5: dec 8 BLO, sl st BLO (8) ⇒ stuffing

R6-9: ch1, sc 7 , sl st (8)

R10: ch1 and sc in that same stitch, inc 7, sl st (16)

R11: ch1, inc , ( sc, inc) rep 7 times, , sl st (24)

R12: ch1, sc 2, inc, (sc 3, inc) rep 5 times, sl st (30)

R13-19: ch 1, sc 29, sl st (30)

R20: ch 1, sc 29, sl st BLO (30)

R21: ch1, sc 2 BLO, dec BLO, ( sc 3, dec) BLO rep 5 times, sl st (24)

R22: ch1, dec, (sc, dec) rep 7 times, , sl st (16) ⇒ stuffing

R23: dec 8 (8)

Fasten off. Using your yarn needle, weave the yarn tail through the front loop of each stitch and pull it tight to close. Weave and hide the yarn tail through the piece several times.

Handle ( make 2 of it) :

Leave a 20cm tail before starting the 1st chain to sewing later.

R1: Chain 1, Sc in the back bump 1 time 

Sc 20 more times.

Fasten off

ASSEMPLY

Top end: fold 2 sc and sew them into the handle to create a little knot. Then sew it at round 19.

Bottom end: Sew it between round 12-13

Look from the top to sew both sode symmetrically.
